ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Order Acceptance
Your order is officially accepted when you complete the checkout process on our website (www.matesqatar.com) .
Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout, including the correct contact phone number, street name, building number, and apartment details to ensure a smooth delivery process.
DELIVERY POLICY
Free Delivery & Payment
- We offer free delivery across Qatar.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards online at checkout.
Daily Cut-Off Times
- Orders received before 11:00 AM local Qatar time qualify for Same Day Delivery.
- Orders received after 11:00 AM local Qatar time will be dispatched for Next Day Delivery.
Remote Areas
While we offer nationwide coverage, please note that deliveries to certain remote locations outside main city limits are handled on a case-by-case basis and may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
Failed Delivery Bounds
We provide up to two (2) delivery attempts for your order. If you are unreachable or unavailable after two attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled. If the order was prepaid online, a 100% full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
