At Future Dimensions Trading W.L.L., we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please review our criteria for returns and refunds below:

48-Hour Reporting Window

Any product concerns, defects, or incorrect deliveries must be communicated to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Issues reported after 48 hours will be considered invalid.

Condition of Goods 

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must remain strictly sealed, unopened, in its original packaging, and must have been properly stored.

Due to food safety and temperature control requirements, we cannot accept opened, partially consumed, or improperly stored food products.

Resolution

Approved returns are entitled to a product replacement or a 100% full refund back to the original payment method.
